Woman busted with meth in North Austin hotel

Officers arrested Amy Annette Rogers and charged her with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

CEDAR PARK, Texas — A woman in a North Austin hotel was found earlier this month with more than 1.5 pounds of methamphetamine, according to Cedar Park police.

The Cedar Park Police organized crime unit executed a search warrant at a hotel in the 12900 block of Research Boulevard on Sept. 13.

Officers arrested Amy Annette Rogers and charged her with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

She was released from jail on Thursday after posting bond.
