AUSTIN, Texas — A new high-end office project is en route to the Bouldin Creek neighborhood, and it has fittingly been named Bouldin Creek.
Bouldin Creek will consist of 165,000 square feet of office space in an open-air environment on the norhteast corner of South Lamar Boulevard and Oltorf Street. It will include a rooftop deck and two acres of green space.
Developers said 2,500 square feet of retail space will front South Lamar while they will keep the corner at Oltorf "activated and connected to the community without compromising the character of the area."
Centrally located on a four-acre plot, Bouldin Creek is expected to provide easy access to the perks of the neighborhood without the congestion and parking issues of downtown.
The development was designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, featuring a contextual design that "reflects the heart and soul of the neighborhood."
The project will kick off this March and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2020.
