AUSTIN — Surprise, surprise!

Austin, Texas isn't slowing down any time soon when it comes to the top location in the United States people desperately want to move to.

According to a report by U.S. News & World Report, Texas's live music-loving, and breakfast taco eating Capital city is the best place to live in the U.S. in 2018.

This is the second year in a row that Austin, known for keeping it weird, has taken the top spot.

U.S. News & World Report said the city's bustling tech industry and strong job market attracts a lot of people and makes them want to relocate to the lone star state.

South by Southwest and the many other "eclectic" art events the city hosts also keeps contributes to its magnetism.

Other honorable mentions: Colorado Springs, Colorado ranked second with its flourishing job market and military bases, and Denver Colorado ranked third with its thriving job market.
