Gang Member from Central Texas added to list of Most Wanted Fugitives

The Texas Department of Public Safety is offering a reward up to $7,500 for information leading to the capture of Clifford Nelson Locklin Jr.

AUSTIN, Texas — A $7,500 reward has been offered by the Texas Department of Public Safety for information that leads to the capture of Clifford Nelson Locklin Jr., 45, who has been added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list.

Locklin is said to be affiliated with the Aryan Circle gang, according to police.

Police said Locklin is wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, theft and parole violation.

Locklin has been wanted since Sept. 2018 when he left his last known address in Bastrop, but Locklin also has other ties to other areas in Central Texas, including Travis County.

Police state Locklin is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds with a tattoo on the front of his neck of an iron cross and "Locklin" across his upper chest.
