Round Rock resident wins $3M from a scratch ticket prize

The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, bought the ticket in Austin.

AUSTIN, Texas — A Round Rock resident just became very happy. 

The resident, who chose to remain anonymous, won $3 million in the Texas Lottery scratch ticket game, '300X.' The ticket was purchased at JD's Supermarket 6, in Austin. 

This was the second of three top prizes worth $3 million to be claimed in this game. According to the press release, '300X' offers more than $134.4 million in total prizes, and the odds of winning any prize in the game are one in 3.86, including break-even prizes.
