Malcom Brown was a heralded recruit out of Brenham HIgh School. He was one of the nation' highest sought after defensive tackles in the country.
He made an instant impact as a true freshman in 2012 as a back up for the Longhorns. He's experienced a steady growth and has consistently produced as an interior Texas defensive lineman.
Brown recently experienced a career game vs Brigham Young University with 11-tackles, 5 of which were for a loss of yardage, and sacked BYU quarterback Taysom Hill 3-times.
During the off-season Brown married his wife Faith back in May. He is a family man and a father of two children. It's his family which inspires him to produce on the field with hopes of giving his family the best life possible. Brown expects to do that in the N.F.L. which may be a reason why Brown may enter the N.F.L. Draft after his junior season.
