Former Longhorn Kevin Durant to play his third NBA Finals

Former Longhorn star Kevin Durant will be playing in his third career NBA Finals after he and the Golden State Warriors knocked out the Houston Rockets in game seven of the Western Conference Finals Monday night, 101 to 92.

Durant led the Warriors with 34 points. Golden State and Durant will face Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals. Game one tips off Thursday at 8 p.m. You can see each of the NBA Finals games right here on KVUE.

Durant was last season’s NBA Finals’ Most Valuable Player.
