AUSTIN -- The Austin Police Department arrested Tyler Gregory Okonma, Tyler, the Creator , on Saturday after allegedly ensuing a riot at the Scoot Inn Thursday.
Police have charged the 23-year-old rapper with a Riot-Class A Misdemeanor.
The 'Yonkers' rapper encouraged a large crowd on more than one occasion to force themselves past venue employees, police say. The venue was already at-capacity.
Tyler's bond is set at $25,000.
