Police have accused a woman of entering a stranger's home, putting on the resident's Texas Rangers underwear and laying in her bed until the resident returned home and called police.

According to the affidavit for Dawanna Patrice Mansion, the owner of the home left the house at around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. The owner told police that she left the back door unlocked. When she returned at around 12:30 p.m., she found Mansion laying in her bed.

She said she immediately got out of the home and called 911. When police responded, she told them that she had never seen her before in her life. When police asked Mansion to exit the home, the owner told police she noticed she was wearing her Texas Rangers underwear.

When police spoke with Mansion, she said she walked into the home because she thought it was her boyfriend's. She also admitted to putting on the underwear that did not belong to her.

Mansion has been booked for criminal trespass of a habitation. She is still in the Travis County Jail as of Wednesday afternoon.
