UPDATE: Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody tweeted just before 8 p.m. that the woman was located safely.
ORIGINAL STORY: The Williamson County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating a missing 86-year-old woman last seen leaving Georgetown in a white Toyota Avalon.
Sheriff Robert Chody said the woman was possibly spotted in Llano County on New Year's Day, and she might be bound for Uvalde. He said she might not want to be contacted but officials are seeking to confirm her wellbeing.
