Man last seen during Texas Eclipse Festival found safe

BURNET, Texas — UPDATE: Ty Swails has been found safe and well.

Burnet County officials are looking for a man last seen during the Texas Eclipse Festival at Reveille Park Ranch earlier this week.

The Burnet County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) said Friday morning that 28-year-old Ty Swails was last seen by his friends during the festival. The festival was initially set to run from Friday, April 5, through Tuesday, April 9, but attendees were asked to leave after the total solar eclipse on Monday due to severe weather.

Swails is described as being of medium height with a trim build. Photos show he has brown hair.
