WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas -- Crispin Harmel is back in the courtroom for allegedly killing a woman in Cedar Park in 2009.
He's accused of abducting 27-year-old Jessika Kalaher from a Wal-Mart before raping and strangling her.
Harmel's original trial ended with a mistrial with allegations the prosecution withheld evidence. Former District Attorney Jana Duty was put in jail for violating a judge's gag order involving the case.
