AUSTIN -- A serious crash involving a Capital Metro bus and a passenger vehicle closed Grove Boulevard and East Riverside Drive around 6 a.m. Sunday.
APD and EMS were called to the scene.
EMS tweeted at least two people were taken to University Medical Center Brackenridge.
Officials say a woman in her 40s was pinned in the passenger vehicle. EMS were able to remove her from the vehicle transporting her to the hospital with critical life-threatening injuries.
Her condition is unknown at this time.
The bus driver was also transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
