On Sunday, the Travis County Sheriff's Office reported that Arthur David Westley, 48, was found in in his cell around 9 a.m. on Saturday. Medical staff and officers immediately initiated CPR and Austin-Travis County EMS responded, but resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful.

Westley was pronounced dead at 9:47 a.m. The sheriff's office said evidence indicates he died of natural causes.
