AUSTIN — Homicide detectives are working to determine whether or not a woman found dead in North Austin died of suspicious circumstances or natural causes.
The Austin Police Department said the body was found with "obvious signs of trauma" in the 1600 block of Rutland Drive near Mountain Quail Road just before 7 a.m.
Police said due to the ongoing investigation, they can't confirm the type of trauma the woman had or where exactly her body was found.
