AUSTIN — Austin officials are investigating after reports of a shooting in Central East Austin late Monday night.
According to Austin-Travis County EMS, a female estimated to be in her 20s was shot near Purple Sage and Tumbleweed Drive around 10:10 p.m.
She was transported to a local trauma center with potentially life-threatening injuries, ATCEMS said.
