Reward for '10 Most Wanted Fugitive' raised to $10K

AUSTIN -- The reward for "Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive" Eusebio DeLeon has been increased to $10,000 during the month of March.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the 42-year-old is wanted for murder and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Officials said DeLeon has ties to Falfurrias, Laredo and Nuevo Laredo. He has been known to work as a truck driver and may ride a motorcycle. DeLeon is 5'10" and weighs approximately 280 pounds. Officials also said he may be known as "Chevo."

DeLeon is this month's featured fugitive, where a higher reward amount will only be paid if the tip comes in the same month.

To be eligible for the cash rewards, there are five different ways to provide anonymous tips:

  • Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
  • Text the letters DPS -- followed by your tip -- to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cell phone.
  • Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about, and then clicking on the link under their picture.
  • Submit a Facebook tip here by clicking the "SUBMIT A TIP" link (under the "About" section).
  • Submit a tip through the DPS Mobile App. The app is currently available for iPhone users on the Apple App Store and for Android users on Google Play.
