Austin airport employees save the day by reuniting 2-year-old with lost stuffed animal

The stuffed pup had a long day of interviews and meetings before being reunited with his favorite human.

AUSTIN, Texas — Austin airport employees saved the day after a toddler lost his stuffed animal.

Airport officials posted a picture of the stuffed puppy on social media Wednesday night after it was found on the second level of the Blue Garage just outside of an elevator.

Apparently, the stuffed animal took an interest in how things worked at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, even interviewing for a pawsition with the Planning and Development team.

Finally, on Thursday afternoon, airport workers were happy to report that they were able to reunite the lost pup, "Kopus," with his "overjoyed" best friend, Lucas.
