Johnson City's police chief has been suspended due to a personnel issue, a city official has confirmed to KVUE.
Mayor Dawn Capra with Johnson City told KVUE that Police Chief Randy Holland has been suspended since Nov. 9 and will remain so until the city council discusses it at their council meeting on Dec. 5.
