Timothy Parlin -- a man indicted in the deaths of a choir teacher and an elderly couple last year -- is due in court Friday.
Parlin is charged in the deaths of Kathy Blair and Billie and Sidney Shelton.
Blair was found dead in December 2014 in her northwest Austin home. According to court documents, Parlin told detectives he targeted her because he didn't get paid what he was owed for some landscaping work at her house.
Later that month, the Sheltons were found dead in their Brentwood home.
Shawn Gant-Benalcazar is also suspected in connection with the deaths of Blair and the Sheltons.
