A Travis County judge ruled that UT stabbing suspect Kendrex White will not undergo an insanity test.
Judge Tamara Needles denied the state's motion to have White's mental health evaluated to determine whether he knew right from wrong when he stabbed four people on UT campus May 1, killing one. She said she may reconsider at a later time.
Needles granted a motion to ban video and audio recording in the courtroom during the remainder of the trial. Rel
