Tuesday's court hearing was reset for Holly Harrison, the daycare owner charged in connection to a baby's death.

Harrison is expected to appear in court June 14.

Harrison faces charges that include injury to a child and tampering with physical evidence. Police said back in January, Harrison tried waking up 5-month-old Brody Havins from a nap at All About Kids daycare in Williamson County. Havins was unresponsive, so Harrison told officers she tried to perform CPR and then called 911.

Court documents show that she reached out to a few people before making that call, however. The Williamson County Sheriff's Office said she waited about 12 minutes from the time she found the baby to call 911.

When Harrison bonded out of jail last month, Judge Rick Kennon prohibited her from having unsupervised contact and from caring for a child under 12-years-old.

According to the Department of Family and Protective services, her daycare was cited for not being licensed.
