AUSTIN — An Austin woman is facing three charges after police said she reportedly threatened three men with a gun after one of them urinated on her fence.
Court documents state that police were called to an apartment building on South Pleasant Valley Road at 10:50 p.m. on Friday. There, police said a group of friends and family were hanging out. A group of three men said they were socializing when one of them approached a fence bordering the neighboring apartment building to urinate. He then rejoined the group.
Suddenly, they reported a woman came into the parking lot carrying a dog in one hand and a black pistol in the other. A neighbor reported they recognized her as the next door neighbor, who police identified as Georgia Warren, 26.
Documents state that Warren pointed the firearm at one of the men and yelled "Who peed on my house?" repeatedly. A witness claimed Warren pointed the weapon at him for about 15 seconds before stating "I don't give a [expletive], I will shoot you," then pointed the gun at the other two. She then left the parking lot.
According to witness statements, police said Warren began knocking on doors in the area demanding to know who urinated on her fence before one of them called 911.
When police arrived, they demanded the occupants of Warren's apartment to come outside via loudspeaker. She exited and was arrested without incident, police said. One of the men confirmed she was the woman who pointed the gun at him.
After conducting a sweep of her apartment due to there being four children present with a possibly unattended firearm, an officer located a black, replica-style BB handgun lying on the kitchen counter near a purse.
Warren was charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
