Heavy rainfall is expected to continue across portions of Puerto Rico, which are still experiencing flooding from the storm's arrival a couple of days ago. Tropical storm conditions are expected over southeastern portions of the Bahamas early Tuesday.

Fiona is expected to eventually shift north-northeast as it moves through the Atlantic. While landfall should not occur along the east coast of the U.S., rough surf conditions are expected.

The KVUE Weather Team will continue to closely monitor this developing forecast and will provide frequent updates.
