AUSTIN, Texas — Weather Outlook

A few residual pop-up sprinkles are possible on Monday with passing clouds and near average temperatures in the low 90s. A dry, hot, and sizzling weather pattern will overtake the region beginning Tuesday and heat index values midweek are slated to range between 105 and 115 for the remainder of the week. It is likely our first triple-digit day will end Spring and bring in Summer Thursday and Friday. A slight chance for a shower is in the forecast for the weekend.
