AUSTIN, Texas — Weather Outlook

Partly clear skies Sunday night with temperatures dropping into the 70s by Monday morning.  More of the same for Monday and Tuesday with lots of morning clouds and peaks of sunshine for the afternoon. The ridge of high pressure in the southeastern US weakens and departs eastward. This pattern will allow for an increase in shower threats Wednesday and Thursday along with the approach of a weak cold front. Cooler overnights will be our noticeable differences between the current and upcoming pattern.
