AUSTIN, Texas — Weather Outlook:

A chilly start to the weekend Saturday morning with most of the area in the 40s. This is a big difference from Friday where Austin peaked at 91 degrees. An odd change occurs as a warm front backs up into the Hill Country returning areas there into the 70s while along and east of the IH-35 corridor, locations struggle to reach the mid 60s with moderate cloud cover. Come Sunday, conditions to begin to warm up slightly into the mid to upper 60s for the Austin metro and perhaps we could reach 70. Rain chances increase for the first half of next week with daytime highs in the 40s and 50s.
