Showers will continue to move out of the area through the overnight hours into early Saturday morning.

Skies will clear from west to east on Saturday starting during the mid-morning hours. It may take most of the day for skies to clear for areas east of Austin, while the Hill Country will experience sunshine for most of the day. Highs will therefore range from upper 50s east of Austin to low 60s in the Hill Country.

Sunday will feature a mostly sunny sky and kickoff a warming trend into Monday and Tuesday. We still  expect a mild Christmas with highs on Wednesday in the low 70s under a partly cloudy sky.
