Currently, Orakpo is a linebacker for the Tennessee Titans.

The Titans' pass rusher has recently joined a campaign for litter prevention called, "Nobody Trashes Tennessee."

The "Nobody Trashes Tennessee" campaign was actually initiated and created by Austin-based Enviromedia and inspired by the iconic, "Don't Mess With Texas" litter prevention campaign.
