AUSTIN — The post-season accolades continue to pour in for the Texas Longhorns.

The Associated Press released their All-Big teams. Four Longhorns received first-team honors.

Center Zach Shackelford is the lone first teamer from Texas on offense. Three members of the Texas defense were named first-team All-Big by the AP: Cornerback Kris Boyd, defensive end Charles Omenihu and safety Caden Sterns.

Senior linebacker Gary Johnson made the AP's second-team All-Big 12 defense.

The Longhorns, who finished the season with a 9-4 overall record and ranked 15th in the country in the College Football Playoff poll, will meet fifth-ranked Georgia in the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans on Jan. 1.
