HAYS COUNTY -- The owner of Kim Soo Karate in Wimberley is charged with another count of sexual assault to a child.
As we reported last week, the karate studio's owner, 60-year-old Richard Griffin is already charged with two counts of sexual assault to a child.
Court documents say Griffin started giving his female student gifts in 2012 -- including cash and a cell phone.
The alleged victim says he sexually assaulted her several times over two and a half years.
Griffin bonded out of jail on Aug. 3, and he is awaiting trial.
