Williamson County signs firm to build new fitness test for deputies

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas — Williamson County is looking to change the way it makes sure potential sheriff's deputies are physically able to to the job.

The county signed off on hiring a consulting firm to build a physical fitness test for officers yesterday.
