The approximately 55,000-square-foot facility will feature rope climbing and bouldering terrain, 55-foot climbing walls, a yoga studio, cardio and weight training, sauna and spa-quality locker rooms and a community space.

The company, which is based in San Diego, partnered with Austin-based Metis Capital to develop the facility. It's scheduled to open mid-2021.
