Schlitterbahn parks now open 7 days a week

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas — Summer is in full swing now that Schlitterbahn is open every day.

“It’s going to be a big summer at Schlitterbahn,” said Winter Prosapio, a spokesperson for Schlitterbahn and tube enthusiast.

Schlitterbahn is a waterpark located in New Braunfels, Galveston, South Padre and Corpus Christi, each including dozens of water rides.

Parks in New Braunfels, Galveston and South Padre are now open every day until the end of summer, and the Corpus Christi location will be open for three-day weekends beginning on May 24.

Some upcoming events at the parks consist of a concert series, American Heroes Week, the 40th anniversary celebration and the anticipated reveal of a new ride opening in June in Galveston.
