AUSTIN — Austin police and Austin ISD police found nothing suspicious on the campus of Reagan High School in Northeast Austin after school officials reported receiving an alleged threat Monday.
In a letter to parents, school officials at the Northeast Austin high school said they were informed about an alleged threat overnight; however, officials did not provide details in the letter to what the threat entailed. School officials moved the start time for classes on Monday to 11 a.m. due to the police presence on campus, officials confirmed to KVUE.
Austin police and Austin ISD police said that nothing was found on campus and that the school is secure.
The high school asked parents to call 512-414-2523 for any questions about the investigation.
