Police identify 25-year-old killed in Wells Branch Parkway rollover

Police said the woman struck the curb of the median, sending her vehicle airborne.

AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Department has identified a woman who died on April 3 after a crash at Wells Branch Parkway and Heatherwilde Boulevard.

Police said Hannah Jaggers, 25, was traveling eastbound on Wells Branch Parkway in a 2017 Dodge Charger around 2:39 a.m. when she veered left and struck the curb of the median, sending her vehicle airborne. It then rolled several yards before stopping in the intersection.

Officials said Jaggers was ejected. She was later transported to St. David's Round Rock Medical Center, where she died on April 4.

This is Austin’s 16th fatal traffic crash of 2019, resulting in 16 fatalities so far this year. At this time last year, there were 15 fatal traffic crashes and 16 traffic fatalities.
