AUSTIN — The friends and family of Martin Gutierrez will hold a memorial in Austin Sunday to remember the 25-year-old who went missing after a night out on Rainey Street.

Gutierrez's body was found near Lady Bird Lake on Nov. 26, a week after he went missing.

The memorial -- which will consist of a prayer circle and a balloon release -- will be at 5 p.m. on the boardwalk on the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail. This is near the area where Gutierrez's body was found.

Austin police confirmed at a press conference that they didn't suspect foul play in Gutierrez's disappearance.
