Fayette County man arrested for having THC oil mailed to his house

The man has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony.

SCHULENBURG, Texas — A Schulenberg, Texas man has been arrested after having THC oil mailed to his home.

Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek said Karl Eggemeyer, 38, had the marijuana THC oil delivered to his residence through the United States Postal Service.

A search warrant on a suspicious package revealed four vials of THC oil, police said.

Eggemeyer was arrested after delivery of the package.

Police discovered more vials at the house, with a combined total weight of 56 grams, or around 2 ounces.

Eggemeyer has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony.
