AUSTIN — Austin police arrested 43 drivings during their New Year's "no refusal initiative."
The department ran the initiative from Dec. 29 through New Year's Day.

Judges had to get warrants to draw the blood of 21 of those drivers, according to police. One driver was reportedly drinking while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle.
