- Texas: More than 862,000 cases have been reported in the state, and more than 17,500 people in Texas have died, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services.
- Central Texas counties:
- Travis County: At least 31,653 cases have been reported and at least 449 people have died. At least 30,312 people have recovered from the virus.
- Hays County: At least 6,353 confirmed cases have been reported and at least 86 people have died. At least 5,762 people have recovered from the virus.
- Williamson County: At least 9,418 cases have been reported in the county and at least 151 people have died. At least 9,084 people have recovered from the virus.

6 p.m. – Austin-Travis County health authorities are now reporting a total of 31,653 cases, 30,312 recoveries and 449 deaths.
5 p.m. – The Hays County Local Health Department reports 66 new lab-confirmed cases since Friday’s report, four new hospitalizations, two hospital discharges and 71 additional people now considered recovered.
Williamson County reports one additional death since its last update on Friday. The county is now reporting a total of 151 deaths, 9,418 confirmed cases and 9,084 recoveries.
4 p.m. – Round Rock ISD reports that a district staff member who was recently at Jollyville Elementary School "was recently lab-confirmed or a probable case" to have COVID-19. RRISD said the person did not come into contact with students, staff or areas accessed by students or staff, and operations at Jollyville will continue as normal.
RRISD said it is working closely with the local health department on this matter.
9:21 a.m. – On Oct. 25, Texas reported nearly 3,800 new coronavirus cases and more than 200 new hospitalizations. As of Oct. 26, more than 5,000 people are in the hospital with coronavirus. The mayor joined KVUE Daybreak Monday to talk about the coronavirus pandemic. Here's a recap.
