AUSTIN, Texas — Austin police said Friday that an arrest has been made in connection to the shooting of a teen on Monday.
The person arrested is a 15-year-old.
The incident occurred at 9900 South I-35, near the Southpark Meadows shopping center, at 4:13 p.m. Monday, March 11.
The teen who was shot was transported to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, EMS said Monday.
He is still in the hospital in critical condition.
