AUSTIN -- Two motorcyclists died in separate crashes in Austin early Sunday morning.
Both crashes happened in Southeast Austin, according to Austin/Travis County Emergency Medical Services.
The first crash happened at Shively Lane near Highway 183 at 12:30 a.m. and the second crash happened Burleson Road and McKinney Falls Parkway at 2 a.m.
The Texas Department of Safety said they are still waiting on a report with the details of the first crash. The man who died was in his 30s.
The second crash occurred when a motorcyclist slammed into a car stopped at a traffic light. The man who dies was in his 40s.
Names of the deceased have not yet been released.
