The firm's CEO and Co-founder, Jack Ryan, who recently moved to Austin, told the Statesman he wanted to move its headquarters to Austin because of the company's success finding talent in this city.

“It’s just a great place to hire individuals that fit our culture and fit what we’re trying to do from a business point of view,” Ryan told the Statesman.

The company currently only has 30 employees, but executives plan to have more than 150 workers by the end of 2020. By the end of 2019, the firm will reportedly double its current headcount.
