AUSTIN, Texas — According to our partners at the Austin American-Statesman, the latest project on South Congress will be a four-story building with three floors dedicated to office space, along with room for retail and restaurants.
The developer, Turnbridge Equities, said the project will replace one of 12 buildings that makes up the State House apartment complex at 1221 South Congress.
The project will be called 1221 South Congress, after its address.
Construction is set to begin in June and should wrap up by July 2020.
