AUSTIN, Texas — Austin's Pearlstone Partners LLC has secured financing for a new condo project at 84 East Ave., according to a report by the Austin Business Journal.
The project, dubbed Vesper, is being co-developed with New York's ATCO Properties & Management LLC.
Once completed, Vesper is expected to consist of 41 stories, 284 homes, a sky-deck pool, co-working space, a public art gallery and more. Developers are also planning to include a communal lawn on top of its parking garage.
The project, formerly going under the title of the East Tower, is expected to be completed by 2024. Homes are expected to start in the $500,000 range.
