AUSTIN, Texas — The Mueller development is continuing to feel the effects of boomtown Austin.
Developers plan to break ground on the new development in the second quarter of 2021. It will add about 225,000 square feet of mixed-used development space on 1.8 acres next to Aldrich Street, Mueller Boulevard and Simond Avenue.
The project also consists of 200 for-sale residential units with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom condos ranging from 600 to 1,600 square feet. Of those, 30 will be reserved for families who earn up to 80% of Austin's median family income.

In addition to its convenient location near hike-and-bike trails, the project will offer other amenities such as coworking spaces, a rooftop deck, a resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art fitness studio and a clubhouse.

Additionally, Parkside will offer eight ground-floor office units for sale. They will range from 2,000 to 3,500 square feet of each. An additional 5,000-square-foot retail space with views of Mueller Lake Park will be available for lease.
