AUSTIN, Texas — A new, six-story class-A office building and garage built by Cadence McShane Construction is coming to Austin's Mueller neighborhood sometime in the first quarter of 2021.

According to a press release from the company, the new Alpha Building will be the first of three development sites that can hold a total of four office buildings and provide more than 795,000 square feet of office space.

The building was designed by architecture company Page and will feature a six-story core and shell office with approximately 240,000 square feet.

There will also be a first-floor retail shell space and garage that will fit nearly 1,000 vehicles.

The development project is located near the intersection of Robert Browning Street and Mueller Boulevard.

The lead developer for the project is Shorenstein Properties LLC and the project's development manager is California-based Catellus.
