AUSTIN, Texas — Austinites looking for local brews during their beer runs will soon have another option to choose from.
Meanwhile Brewing's most popular beers will soon be available for retail, according to a report from KVUE's media partners at the Austin American-Statesman.
The southeast Austin brewery has reportedly announced that three of its flagship beers will hit local retail outlets' shelves on Aug. 31. Four-pack, 16-ounce cans of IPA Secret Beach, Meanwhile Pilsner and IPA Tender Robot will be distributed to six locations.
Meanwhile's canned beers will be available at the following stores:
- The Meteor (2110 S. Congress Ave.)
- Royal Blue Grocery (51 Rainey Street, No. 120)
- Sunrise Mini Mart (1809 Anderson Lane)
- Turnstile (10025 Burnet Road)
- Whichcraft Taproom & Bottle Shop (1900 Simond Ave., No. 200)
- Wright Bros. Brew and Brew (500 San Marcos St., No. 105)
Guests will also be able to purchase Meanwhile's beers at the brewery itself starting on Aug. 19. The brewery's director of sales and marketing told the Statesman that more retail locations will be announced in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile Brewing is located at 3901 Promontory Point Drive.
