AUSTIN, Texas — KVUE wants to help “Keep Austin Local” by highlighting the local businesses, events and people that make Austin special.
On Monday KVUE stopped by 309 Coffee, a spot in Georgetown that’s been around since 2019.
The coffee shop was started by three couples who wanted to bring a place for community to the area. 309 Coffee is known for their friendly baristas, welcoming environment and great coffee.
Their local roaster works with them to create the perfect roast and flavor profile. They have a signature blend called GTX blend that is used for their house espresso and drip coffee. They also have a selection of pour-overs to choose from and a single-origin espresso. They offer cortados, cappuccinos and americanos.
The employees recommend the cappuccino with house espresso or the flash brew, which is hot brewed coffee directly over ice.
They also offer baked goods from a local bakery or breakfast burritos from a local spot.
