Thirsty Planet co-opted the ingredient for its new Cosmic Butterfly Kettle Sour.

“It’s a lightly tart ale with a crisp malt character fluttering with lemon and tea notes,” the brewery wrote on its Instagram.

The Cosmic Butterfly Kettle Sour will be available starting the end of the week, including at select HEB stores.
